Price and location are great. The apartment sizes are large and spacious with an open-concept layout and large windows. Just about 2 miles from the mountains and many hikes. A little over 5 min from SLC and 10 min to both the Farmington Station Mall and City Creek Mall. Several grocery stores around. Target and Walmart 3 exits away and Costco down the street. Has a good sized dog park in the complex for quick visits and a very large dog park less than 2 min away with plenty of dogs to play with. Parking can be a little difficult, so it is worth paying for a parking spot or a garage. The apartment has a nice pool open all summer and a little into the fall, a BBQ area in the pool area, and a small, newly renovated gym. Located very close to both an EOS and Vasa gym which is convenient for extra amenities. Area is suburban but does run along busy roads so it can be a bit noisy and complex is family friendly, but can be louder with children. Very clean complex and maintenance is always quick and ready to help! Amazon hub is onsite and overall, itâs been a nice and safe place to live. Iâve enjoyed all the property managers that have worked here (there have been 3) and the people in the area are friendly. I would recommend it to anyone looking for large, spacious apartments for a good price.
