Wonderful Living experience. Maintenance issues were always resolved expeditiously and satisfactory. Gunner is always willing to work with you to assure all of your needs are being met. The property is clean and maintained.

Gunnar was great to work with and made sure my needs were met, as well as willing to help me reach the right amount of rent that I felt would work. The floor plan for the 1x1 is well thought out, convenient and cozy! The neighborhood is nice, calm, and there's shops within walking, and they care about your valuables by offering individual garages and storage units!

Best move in experience!
I’d just gotten a job near the area and needed to find a place quickly. Andrea was a tremendous help in finding me my new forever home! She is a saint for putting up with all my questions and concerns, and went out of her way to make the typically stressful move in process smooth for me. The unit is clean and beautiful. Very happy!

Had a tour of their apartments, Andrea was the leasing agent who showed me their apartments, she was very helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and was willing to work with me to get into a place as I’m going through a divorce and need my house sold before I could move into an apartment there.

Very good location and nice apartment with great service. Andrea Gundlach is an amazing professional and kind person. She helped me sense the first day till now . I am moving from Miami and she is making me feel so good about this big change . Everything I asked she did for me . Great management and wonderful place to be .

This is an amazing place one of the main reasons it’s so great is the easy process whenever Andrea helps us out she is wonderful and is really helpful! The apartments are really nice the place is clean and staff is professional we love it!
